“ Ordered the small 6 wing 3 drums. When I opened the box there were definitely more than 9 chicken pieces. I thought they were being generous. I started eating the wings and counted that they gave me 4 large drumsticks, 4 small drumsticks, and 3 wings. I'm assuming they gave me more pieces to make up for the lack of wings. Wings are more favorite so I really would have preferred to receive what I ordered or else I would have ordered wings only. To give some credit, the chicken was crispy, flavorful, and moist. ”
“ Service: 3.7/5 Food: 4.1/5 always dead, i've seen max 3 tables in here at one time. size down your order- inconsistent wing size- anywhere from medium to massive makes you full fast. What I Ordered: - Yangnyeom: good sweet-spicy balance. too spicy for me tho, could only eat 1 smaller piece before needing a break - Soy Garlic: my go to, a classic. not too salty. - Street Corn: very mayo heavy, sweet. looks better than it tastes (my opinion for all street corn) ”
“ This Bonchon location is a casual sit down eatery with a bar. It is in a great central location in midtown. The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was mostly empty since it was around 3 pm on a Tuesday. Their lunch specials were very reasonably priced at 13.99. I got 2 mixed drumsticks and wings specials, one with white rice and one with fries. One with korean bbq sauce and one with the soy garlic sauce. Both sauces were delicious and the chicken wings and drumsticks were both very large and filling. Would definitely go again. ”
“ Paid: $21/person, we ordered a large + medium boneless combo Food: 4/5 Pretty average, not bad not the best. It's probably because we got the same item, but it got really repetitive. Service: 5/5 Servers were nice, answered our questions, refilled water often. Ambiance: 3/5 We came here on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only ones here at the restaurant with only one waiter. After a little while, there were 3 other tables and another waiter. The area is pretty well decorated, but at times the music was too loud. ”
“ Haven't eaten here in years, but Korean chicken is some of my fave. Ordered the 20 piece wings and drums, half soy garlic, half Korean barbecue. Both were great, soy garlic is always my favorite. Tried the fried rice with pork belly, I thoroughly enjoyed it, coleslaw was decent, seasoned fries were very tasty, the TAKOYAKI, Fried octopus dumplings drizzled with Kewpie Mayo, katsu sauce and sprinkled with scallions, was my least favorite I thought it was terrible, the octopus is squishy and the dumplings are mushy. Had the lemonade, also terrible, very watery. The service was pleasant and the store seemed clean. No complaints there. I'd return if in the area, they also have a full bar, for those that enjoy a good cocktail with their meal. ”
